“I’ve been running a fencing company for 20 years. We have been using Postsavers for about 6 years, they are a hit with customers who want longevity but don’t want concrete posts. They do the job they are designed to do. Once you have the knack, they are easy to fit.”

“Excellent service & fast well packaged delivery The post savers are excellent and looking forward not having to replace fence posts anytime soon. Yes.. concrete posts are the way to go ... however I didn't really want the hassle and expense of replacing it all .”

“I used a postt saver on a 75x75mm Douglas Fir post, completely dry and in warm conditions, using a small blowtorch. The wrap didn't appear to shrink much and the bonding was mostly done through rollering it once it was hot and the bitumen was in semi-liquid state. I was very careful with the blowtorch keeping it moving and not too close, but the wrap did burn through in one spot; I was able to remedy by spreading the melted bitumen over the 'hole'. I have used shrink wrap for electrics many times, and I was hoping this would be similar, in terms of the outer wrap shrinking the membrane on the post to make it a really tight fit. Having said all that: would use again, but probably get hold of a hot air gun instead fo a blow torch, which I know would give a more even and controllable heat.”

“relatively easy to use on a 7" post found it tricky to melt the postsaver evenlt on the post without melting the plastic top surface sticks well only time will tell how well it performs”
