“Bought the metal post protectors for my garden fence. Price was very good. I bought nearly 20 in total. Postage was fast. Very impressed with the quality of the guards. Look like they will last a long time.”

“over a week for delivery rather than 24 hour couirer service offered,complete wrong colour sent wanted dak brown got light brown , and no answer to email saying where was the stain please.”

Our apologies that there has been an issue with your delivery. I can see we messaged you to advise that there was a delay with our manufacturers and also that we had offered to send you the alternative colour as this would be quicker which you confirmed this was ok to do. I can see though that there was a further delay of a few days with the delivery which you were not informed about and we are so sorry for this. We do our very best to ensure orders are despatched on time but sometimes this can happen and it is sadly out of our control however we apologise for not advising you of this sooner and are reviewing our process here for the future. “Delivery was prompt. Product is as expected. There is a bit of a learning curve involved. After watching videos and reading directions, I used a heat gun to "shrink wrap" my post. Everything was going along fine until I thought I had a bubble, that would not go away. Turns out it was just a dark spot, that suddenly burnt through. Probably would have helped if I had my reading glasses on. 😁 I suggest having an old rag handy. The edges tend to "scallop". With the rag, you can gently press them flat. Lesson learned, all subsequent applications went on without a problem. I'll try to remember to come back in a few years and let you know how they performed.”
