“Very disappointed with postsavers this time. (Only the service, not the product) I ordered 50 on the 15th of May, with an email receipt and payment taken from my account. After a few days I'd heard nothing, so got in touch, stating that I needed them for the week after for a large fencing contract. Apparently the order hadn't been processed, even though the payment had been taken. They eventually arrived on the 29th, by which time I'd had to buy some elsewhere at extra cost and time, extremely annoying!”

“Arrived scratched up and dented. It wont stop it driving posts but brand new, I expect it to look new. Disappointed.”

“The heavy duty post rammer / knocker was received scratched and pitted with rust marks internally, it looked like it had been 2nd hand . . .”

“The website does not make it expressly clear there are two different sizes of Postsavers; one to 3" x 3" posts and one for 4" x 4" posts. make sure you choose the correct size. That said the product itself is very good and easy to use. You do need to be very carfull if using a gas torch to heat the wraps. It is very easy to over-heat and burn a hole in them. Take care. However the staff in the office are brilliant and very helpful. Thank you ladies”
