“ordered the wrong color, tried to contact the sales department, and support department, emailed them, and used the contact form on their website - Silence, no one got in touch. Also, the color is very different from what they show on their website. Terrible service, I would better order from Amazon, at least there I could return easily. I do not recommend using PostSaver.”

“I bought the 5m wrap to do some posts that were going in at the front of the house. The product arrived folded flat. I checked the installation video and got all the kit together. I opened the wrap and found that some of the bitumen had got stuck to the outside of the overlapping fold, which resulted in some tearing off from where it should have been, and contaminating the subsequent outside green area. As I had arranged installation I had to fit them anyway. This resulted in a pretty messy application, with bitumen over the outside wrap on most of them. SO PERHAPS you're wondering why I gave 5 stars? Well, it's not all about just selling stuff in my view, it's the whole thing. Something went wrong and the people at Postsaver immediately took steps to enquire what had happened and then dealt with it....read on: A few hours after posting the review with 3 stars, I received a call from a very nice guy at Postsaver. He was concerned that there was an issue with the product. However, it seems it was probably how it was transported, as a result they are taking steps to ensure the products are transported correctly and shaded. Postsaver also gave me a partial refund. They could have ignored my initial review, but they didn't THATS SERVICE! I'm sure my posts will be in the ground for many years to come. Thank you”

“I bought some wooden post caps, which arrived quickly. Unfortunately, they were untreated whereas I'd ordered green pressure-treated caps. I phoned Postsaver and they immediately re-sent the order, which arrived quickly again and was correct. Great service.”

“Purchased a fence post rammer and post level. Both items arrived on time well packaged, first class service. Post rammer is really well made and the weight balance is excellent. Level is compact and very useful and well priced. Would have no hesitation in doing business with Postsaver again.”

“Bit of a ball ache to use . I tried a 2000w heat gun as recommended and nothing happened. A gas torch worked better but I burnt a hole in the thin plastic. I left the roll of wrap in the sun for 40 minutes and the bitumen melted and stuck to the outside rendering the whole roll useless. Total waste of time and money.”

“The post rammer arrived quickly and was well packaged, although unlike the pictures it was unbranded. In use it is heavy, but manageable by one person taking it slowly, and does the job very well. Starting off with an auger put 5" round posts to a depth of 18" to 2ft. The 3-4" posts went in after drilling a pilot hole. Does need regular checking for upright as I found a tendency to move off centre although got better technique as I progressed.”
