“Chubby & Peggy adore Pillow Wad products. We've been ordering our hay and Eco Nest for a few months now and have no plans to change. Chubby, a fussy little potato, is eating more hay than ever before since switching to Pillow Wad ... and his Bumberries certainly show the difference! So, thank you!”

“Over the years, I 've bought hay from most companies! I now buy pillow wad always! This morning I received 3 maxi Timothy,3 maxi meadow and a dinky alfalfa for an occasional treat,my 4 boars would NOT let me buy from anywhere else now! Speedy delivery,well packaged with great compostable bio wrap!! Wonderful customer service, and very entertaining on Instagram! Lol thanks pillow wad, Jaki and the cheeky boys xx”

“I've tried various substrates for my rats but Econest is by far the best. Really absorbent, low dust so they don't get the sniffles, and I can fill their cage base with a nice thick layer so they have something to dig up. It's good value for money too which always helps when you have 10 little poop monsters to keep clean!”

“I shopped at one of the leading brands for hay...until I found Pillow Wad. I would never go back to the main store for hay again. It comes so well packed so no chance of it getting wet in transportation, it arrives on time and the quality is amazing. My 5 piggies love it. The meadow hay is soft for sleep and Timothy for eating. The team are always there to answer any questions. Thank you”

“Since I found Pillow Wad I no longer buy from anywhere else for my rabbits. It is all such good value and quality. And my rabbits love it all, especially the dandelion roots. 5 stars and would highly recommend”

“My rabbits have been using other hay for a while, and the quality started to fall. I saw pillow wad on Facebook a d decided to try this and my bunnies absolutely love it. It's like they have never been fed they are eating it all up every day which is so good to see.”

“I'd been using a big pet store's own brand hay forever but it had become really poor quality. It was really dusty despite being "dust extracted" which meant my Guinea pigs had bits in their eyes on several occasions. It also started to contain big chunks of wood and pieces of plastic twine. Not good at all! I came across Pillow Wad Meadow Hay in a local hardware shop. The difference was immediately noticeable! The hay smelled fresher, it wasn't dusty and in tiny pieces at all, it was soft and lovely! I was so impressed that the packaging wasn't plastic and could be put on the compost heap (I've since seen on Instagram that it's made from potato! Incredible!!) I decided to have Pillow Wad delivered as I need bigger lots and it couldn't have been an easier and more pleasant experience. I bought some forage and tidbits for my piggies to try and the smell of the herbs mixed into the hay has made the room delightful! The piggies are enjoying it too lol! Couldn't be happier, thank you! :)”

“I've been trialing Pillow Wad for a few months now and think Will and Lizs operation is my favourite. The selection is great, the hay and straw comes well wrapped and is just that. There are no added stones or rubbish which I have found in other suppliers. Best of all is the delivery with FedEx is so important, especially as I have 9 very hungry mouths to feed. I like the bag sizes, product selection and the quality of the feed which gives my guineau pigs and rabbit access to a good variety and great health benefits.”

“I bought two bales of the Alfalfa hay, excellent value for money compared to other brands. It wasn’t full of hay fines or dust either like I’ve experienced with other brands, good long strands of hay. Our rabbit loves it. I also bought two bags from pillow wads selection of treats, just as high quality as the hay, I was satisfied that my rabbit wasn’t being fed any rubbish. We had a slight issue with delivery but this was rectified extremely quickly and easily. I will be a returning customer.”
