I just hope since I live in the country ni shop on line alot and if it doesn't suit or fit I return to the Navan store since its the one nearest to me. It seemed to be a problem last time and I was being asked to take a stroll for other customers to be served first since I was returning some of the clothes that didn't suit But I declined n asked to be served as I am also a customer. Apart from that everything is just good.”

After several days i called the customer services team who informed me the coat i ordered was not in stock. I asked why i was not informed and if they could let me know when they expect stock. They took my number and said they would call me back …. One week later i srill had no return call so again i called them and once again someone said they would call me back… i never call that call or coat. Very poor service. I subsequently placed an order for a different coat which i got delivery of within a few days. In summary, after sales service very poor.”
