“My order took weeks to arrive - in the meantime I saw a promotion on free postage so e mailed customer service to enquire why my order didnt warrant the free postage. Then I got another e mail saying that they had received my order back and a refund will arrive shortly which was quite amazing as I never even received my order. A few more e mails back and forth but no answers and complete lack of customer service. FInally after more than a month my order arrived, I have been wearing these make of jeans and exactly the same style for the past 15 years but these jeans were nothing like the branded Betty Barclay jeans so I question if there were genuine. I finally posted my order back and have been charged another £9.10 which I have e mailed my final complaint back and of course I have heard nothing. I will never use this company again.”
