“I purchased a beautiful dress at Pamela Scott’s, I absolutely loved it and wore it to a christening and also on Christmas Day. I was worried about washing it as it was a black and cream dress. The washing instructions stated 30* so I put it in machine at 30* with a colour catcher and black still ran into cream. I’m devastated, dress is ruined”
