“ordered a pair of on sale runners, two weeks after I ordered they hadn't dispatched yet then my debit card was suddenly refunded without any communication, the runners then arrived the next day and my card was charged again, again without any communication from PS. The runners didn't fit but were on sale and by the time I would have paid for the recommended registered post to return them there was no point sending them back. I gave them away instead. I won't be ordering again, really disappointed with the service”
