“Very poor customer care when I returned an item.. 6 weeks later I still haven’t received my refund.. after numerous emails with no conclusion I called my local Pamela Scott Store who gave me a number to call.. I am told I will receiving my refund in the nxt few days which I hope happens.. I will not be shopping with PS again due to the stress & upset I have been caused.. my refund was nearly to the value of €100 so a lot of money to be without during these strangest of times..
