We would like to investigate this further, if you could advise which store you went into? and also had you tried the item on before returning it to us? Reason why is it could be due to the USA sizing. The labelling might show as a USA size 10 which is the same as an Irish/UK size 14. Which size is showing on the swing ticket? Jumpsuits can sometimes be tight fitting.
