“So disappointed I was 4 weeks waiting for delivery and when it came the top with the wings is massive and the jumper very short almost like a crop top”
“Ordered Cardigan, money came out of bank, then money went back into account a day later, so I thought ye had cancelled it. Left it a few days & re ordered & paid, received in a few days, then money went out second time & received another cardigan. Very frustrating, especially i sent email about it, but by the time ye replied was to late to do anything about it. Luckily I was able to sell cardigan on.”
“Ordering and delivery times are excellent. However my coat was faulty do I had to return it. The first instruction I got was to post it. S later email told me Pamela Scott would arrange collection as the item was faulty. I had the coat returned at this point so I ended up paying the cost of returning the coat. Very disappointed.”
“Ordered 2 items, got one after a 3 week wait. Had to contact P.Scott about my 2nd item and was told it was out of stock. Had to ask for refund.
