I ordered on Wednesday night and the parcel arrived on Friday morning (very fast). Unfortunately I received another customer's order. I contacted service (they answered the phone before 9!) and spoke with Danielle. She was extremely helpful and very efficient. She arranged for the replacement order to be delivered the next working day. I wish all companies had such good customer service.”

“Unfortunately there was a problem with my order
1. Received a bag that was damaged and could not use.
2. The 2nd bag I ordered came in the wrong colour that I needed for a wedding.
I sent email to customer service and Rebecca
very promptly and generously resolved the situation. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service.”

“I ordered a linen dress in sky blue but it arrived in royal blue even though it said sky blue on invoice. I just think you shouldn't have to pay postage for wrong item received. Very quick delivery and they did send me a scarf as a free gift even though I will never use it. I would rather have been given a discount on the dress.”
