“I got jeans online &the service is always excellent. However I do think they should make the jeans in regular length as they were far too long for us shorter ladies. Just a suggestion.”
“The website was very easy to use and the purchase was made very simple, however it took a bit longer to be delivered than my normal purchases , An Post was the problem not Pamela Scott i'm told, pity as I was going on holidays and missed out on a lovely dress to bring with me.”
“The dress and cardi were even better than they looked on the website, very good quality too. Fitted perfectly. Would have been 5 stars only for the delivery time, took 9 days to get to me. It does say it when ordering but I have ordered from other countries which have arrived much faster. Needed to order more for a wedding but went elsewhere as I was afraid it would arrive in time.”
“Quick delivery and product as expected/corresponded with photos and description. Would be great if delivery was free for store pick up...I purchased one item online at a charge of 4.99e and then travelled to my local store to buy another where I had to pay 2.50e for parking. I think most people would be happy to wait a couple of extra days if it meant delivery was free for in-store collection.”
