I was looking at Bridesmaid Dresses and thought with restrictions we would be able to travel to our nearest branch which is Athlone but then restrictions got extended! I dealt with a lovely Lady Louise, who was so kind and helpful as this is a stressful time for everyone. Faultless service, extremely helpful staff, fast and efficient. Dresses came and i was absolutely delighted with the quality. 5 Star all the way. :)”
“Delighted to discover that Pamela Scott deliver to Spain. The goods were received with no problems. It would be helpful for overseas customers if a parcel tracking number was given in the dispatch email. Also thought the 20 Euro delivery fee a bit pricey compared to other on-line retailers.”
“I was disappointed with how I was treated by Customer Service.
When I received my order, the security tag was still on the coat so I had to return it. The cost of return postage was €9. I emailed Customer service to explain that I had sent the coat back and was assured I would be refunded the cost of returning it, as it was not my fault.
When I received the refund for the coat, I had not been reimbursed the €9 postage so am very disappointed with Pamela Scott and will not be purchasing online with them again.”
“I recently purchased two items. A pink coat and a jumper. When my parcel arrived I discovered that I had been sent the wrong coat, not the style I had originally ordered. I went online and the coat was sold out. I then contacted customer service and I was told they would arrange to have the coat picked up and i would receive a refund. They also told me that unfortunately the coat was no longer available. I waited to hear confirmation of the arranged pick up but nothing. I contacted customer service again and was told I would hear from the courier. I never did. In frustration I eventually posted the coat back myself at a cost of €9. I am not impressed and very disappointed by the customer service offered to me considering the mistake was on the side of the retailer.”
