“Had to travel to Kilkenny from Carlow to visit Pamela Scott.
Disgraceful way staff were treated in Pamela Scott Carlow and the shop was always busy.
Won’t shop in line as the effort of sending it back it travelling to Kk not worth it.

“All round the online purchase was a pleasant experience but unfortunately the item didn't look well on me and it had to be returned. That was straightforward.
