“Customer experience is terrible. Ordered in Germany, and was required to pay an additional EUR 27 at delivery for taxes (zero indication of this at checkout), zero response from customer service when inquiring about the additional taxes, received emails asking for a product review before it was even delivered, and then repeated, excessive review requests in spite of zero customer service response. Maybe sort out your customer experience before badgering customers for a review, and you'll do better than 1 star. Would not recommend or buy from again despite product quality being good.”
“Concidering the price of those wooden hooks I expceted something very differnt. They feel and look quite ordinary and to my opinion do not nearly justify the price. I was disappointed.”
