Bidding and leads

As new member still navigating the site. So much to investigate. I have looked at the bidding quizzes a lot and find these illuminating. There may be a lot of rules on bidding but there is always a bid to make not covered by the usual rules. A light bulb moment!

I found after all the classes and notes and books I just needed practical help clear and precise that shows me in easy steps at my own pace in my own time at my own convenience how to play, learn, practice and understand more of what I'd already learned but needed to refresh or understand more. I found originally that the site was in need of improvement in different ways,I'm happy to say I ve gone back to it and it's layout feedback and tips on the lessons has been a big improvement and I m only scratching the surface. Much more to discover yet. Well done to the team great work. Personally I ve great difficulty learning and retaining information as do a lot of my friends of similar age so we need to repeat lessons often so any help going forward with easier ways to remember points rules etc would be greatly appreciated.

I do like the No Fear Bridge website however I do sometimes have difficulty finding things. I think a "Search" on the site would be useful.

Occasionally bidding is not the same as Andrew Robson which I follow. Leads and playing hands very helpful.

It keeps me in touch and for me, it is extremely good. My only whinge is, as with many platforms/sites etc., the password and trying to recall it when it's ever requested. However, that has not been the case for some time now.

Your website is very easy to use and to get used to. The quizzes are informative and help guide you to parts of play you have forgotten or need to refresh. Millionnaire is frustrating and addictive at the same time. Play hands and declarer play allow you to replay as many times as you wish to find out what you are doing wrong. I keep my subscription going as this is the best learning bridge site I have come across so far.

Excellent content which has helped with my ACOL BRidge. How about developing an App , rather than use the web? Also play offline? Interactive games with Robots, like BridgeBase online would be useful

Don't be put off by the clunkiness of the website (lots of fonts, colours & graphics), No Fear Bridge has helped me practice my Bridge and helped keep me fresh. Even a game a day makes a difference. I also find it useful to refresh or revisit topics I tackled years ago. The games are easy to play & the commentaries are very helpful.

I came to Bridge late in life and although I had a good teacher have struggled to remember all the rules and conventions. No Fear Bridge has really helped me to really consolidate my knowledge. I really feel I'm improving fast

It helps me to relax as I take up my iPad most nights and play. Sometimes it is a lesson sometimes I play. It is a flexible well designed tool to keep your bridge fresh and enjoyable anywhere

My main problem, being past my sell-by, is forgetting things. A quick dive onto the No Fear site usually solves this and any arguments that arise. The best bit is being able to practice/revise prior to live sessions. Keep up the good work ! Judy Freeman

As a very beginner, I have found No Fear Bridge very helpful, using it with classes I attend. When I practice hands in NFB I would like to have the solution shown with the cards, played, after trying and failing several times. Thanks, Barb

Hi Barbara Thanks for your review. You can view the solution at any time while playing the cards, by clicking on the 'Commentary' button on the bottom toolbar. Best Regards Leigh

I find the home page very busy. I am yet to complete any millionaire quiz. I enjoy the website but wish I could retain what I am learning. I like the practice hands with solutions which have helped with my tactics when playing.
