“Hi, I've put a rating of 4 due to the method of delivery chosen. Parcelforce only tell you the day they intend to deliver and do not give a more tighter timeframe that all other delivery companies seems to do. I happened to be away for a few days, and although my lad was available to go to my house they'd already tried to deliver. Understandably they will not leave the picture due to the value. Even though I went online and asked for delivery a few days later, they tried the next day when I still wasn't at home. Maybe an alternative courier would be more appropriate that can give a tighter time frame in the event no one is home but can get someone else to receive it. But other than that, happy with the picture.”

“Highly recommended. I’m on my second purchase of Doug Hyde prints from Picture Perfect Gallery. I had both framed and it was well worth it, the frames are of excellent quality. Service was very quick, with delivery through Royal Mail. They also have a price match guarantee, if you find an item cheaper elsewhere they’ll refund the difference. I actually found the second picture that I ordered cheaper on their own website a couple of days later (in the sale) and was immediately refunded, no quibbles. Lovely people to deal with.”

“This is the third Paul Horton picture I have bought from this gallery and, as always, a very pleasant experience! Quick and easy to order online, great service and communication and picture arrived on time, well packaged and in perfect condition. The frame is lovely and it looks superb on the wall, I am delighted with it. I will probably buy more from them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.”
