“Russel gave exemplary service and delivered by framed picture (Diamond Roulette, Vincent Kamp) promptly and personally. Un beknown to me there was an issue with the framing quality but Russell took it upon himself to call in favours and get the job finished to a high standard He was always available or quickly returned calls with any queries or with details of order progress.”
