“Ordered 2 Doug Hyde prints online from Russell at Picture Perfect Gallery. This was for my wifes birthday but I did leave it a bit late! However, Russell was really helpful and managed to get both prints framed and ready for me to pick up in time. She loved them. Really impressed with the customer service, communication and also he was just a really nice guy! Prints look great and come with authenticity certificates and framing is first class (artists recommended frames). Really pleased, will definitely use again.”

“I honestly cannot fault the service provided by Russell at picture perfect gallery. I ordered a Doug Hyde to be delivered as a last minute gift for my bride to be. The communication and genuine helpfulness of Russell blew my socks off. The picture is as e expected and the frame is very solid and exceptional quality. I cannot recommend enough.”

“Purchased a print online for my wife's birthday. Russell called me the next day to discuss availability and delivery of the picture. He kept me informed via email through the whole process even past delivery to make sure everything was okay. It's refreshing and rare to receive this level of customer service. I would absolutely recommend purchasing artwork from here as my wife and I couldn't be happier with the result.”

“The service here is second to none. Russell is superb! I ordered a picture for my wife's birthday, and there was a problem ordering the one I wanted, but Russell found an alternative, and then managed to get it shipped overnight to me in time for her birthday! She was delighted, as was I. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you.”

“Russell was fantastic from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and made buying my wife’s birthday gift of Doug Hyde ‘Sweethearts’ an easy and stress free experience. When spending what for me is a lot of money on a present you want everything to be right and it was. Would definitely recommend Picture Perfect Gallery and Russell to anybody looking for that special piece of artwork. Wife’s birthday was 2 weeks ago but haven’t managed to put it on the wall as need special fixings for the wall but will look even better when it’s up.”
