“I’ve been buying art from Russell at Picture Perfect gallery for a number of years now. The standard of service has been consistently good and Russell always goes the extra mile to source pieces of art. He’s also good at letting me know when a piece is released that he knows I collect. There’s a sense that as a customer you really matter and it’s become like talking to an old friend. Excellent customer service Russell. Thank You! Margaret Jordan”

“I would have no hesitation in recommending Picture Perfect Gallery who gave excellent, personal, efficient service. Time was of the essence for our order but Rus ensured it got delivered safely (superb packaging!) in good time for the occasion for which it was needed - which was its presentation to Yeo Oncology Ward in memory of our son, Ben, who had been looked after by the amazing team there. Thank you so much, Rus, for your kind interest in Ben's story and for making everything happen as it should. Really appreciated.”

“I ordered a Doug Hyde picture "My Sunshine" absolutely fabulous. Russell has the best customer service I have ever experienced, could not be more helpful. He keeps you informed from ordering until receipt of your item. Not only that the price was very competitive and the packaging was superb. Nothing short of excellent! “I purchased a Doug Hyde Print from Picture Perfect and it arrived today. It’s amazing and I couldn’t be happier with it. Russell from the gallery was unbelievably helpful, kept me in the loop as to delivery etc and was packaged very securely. Thank you 😊”

“This was the second time I have bought a Doug Hyde from Russell and I have to say the whole process runs extremely smoothly with him keeping you informed through the framing and despatching process. Art work is substantially packaged for delivery to ensure no damage. I would definitely recommend and use Russell again.”

“Purchased a Doug Hyde print. Looks fantastic and perfectly framed. Perfectly packaged for a fragile item. Russell went above and beyond to meet a birthday deadline and was always very responsive with any queries. Will definitely buy again in the future. Thanks again👍😊”

“Picture perfect gallery has been first class when dealing with my order. They went the extra mile ensuring everything went to plan Regular telephone calls to inform me of what was happening until my art was delivered and also a telephone call once I received it to ensure I was happy Couldn’t ask for better customer service”
