“Really pleased with the communication after purchasing and the artwork was well packaged for delivery. I had assumed that items were held in stock and would therefore be despatched the same day or next day, but as soon as I'd placed my order it said the item would be ready to ship in 2 weeks. Why is this 2 week delay immediately mentioned after you order, but not mentioned anywhere on the website before you order? Luckily, I had ordered just in time for it to still be delivered before Christmas, but I had held off ordering as I didn't want it before a certain date. Had I known it was 2 week lead times then I could have ordered a week or so earlier. Good communication from Russell and Jay after placing the order, but I think it would be useful if the despatch times were communicated before ordering. I will use Picture Perfect Gallery again in the future, thanks.”

“I requested a Doug Hyde just before Christmas as an urgent last-minute gift for my new wife. It came in an amazing time and was everything we dreamed it would be. It now has pride of place on our wall and woos everyone who comes to the house.”

“I ordered a John Waterhouse for my husband as a Christmas present. I received several emails from the gallery keeping me up to date on the progress of my purchase and it was delivered within the date promised. I will definitely use Picture Perfect gallery again and would highly recommend them.”
