“The Caravan was lovely itself. No towels on arrival, nobody would answer the phone when we were trying to contact reception about it. Eventually we found a number for security and they managed to get them 3 hours later. Workmen outside the bathroom window who we had no idea was coming to do work. Got out the shower to realise he was standing right out side the window and saw me naked…..he continued to whistle along to my music as he walked away. Trying to get in touch with anyone that works at the park is almost non existent, nobody answers a phone. No water on our last morning, had to be out by 10am, couldn’t use a shower, toilet, kettle, nothing at all and had to pack up and leave feeling horrendous. Park couldn’t have cared less about the issue when it was brought to their attention.”

“Caravan was okay but we had no shower. We had a leaking tap in the sink. Curtain rail was broken draft coming through the doors. Staff were so friendly and approachable. Sorry we had to leave early but with no shower we didn't feel it was poppet to stay there”
