“Caravan was okay but we had no shower. We had a leaking tap in the sink. Curtain rail was broken draft coming through the doors. Staff were so friendly and approachable. Sorry we had to leave early but with no shower we didn't feel it was poppet to stay there”

“Couldn’t locate the exact area I wanted and I’m now concerned that I will be bombarded with spam. I couldn’t work out if Talybont is North or West wales as it’s not clear on the site.”

“I have found it impossible to speak to anyone on the phone re purchasing a caravan on a specific site. I just keep getting re-directed back to the website. Very frustrating!”

“When advertising caravans you need to include all the fees etc and at least 10 pictures of each caravan. I have browsed and am none the wiser. Don't want to make endless phone calls.”

Hello, We are the advertising platform, our clients upload their own holiday caravans they have for sale. How much information they want to include is up to them. In regards to site fees you need to enquire with the park you are interested in.

“Why ask for a maximum budget and then show vans way over. I know upselling is business but don’t ask for budgets if your not going to use them. Why not be customer oriented and cater for their requests.”

“I wanted to enquire in general about the cost of buying a holiday home and to do this I was required to enter my details including email and telephone number. I was expecting to see a general list of homes and prices, but instead my details have clearly been shared between every holiday park in the known galaxy. This has resulted in me being bombarded daily by phone calls and emails from these various sales teams. This is an overly pushy sales tactic and extremely off putting and has now made me reconsider completely. DO NOT ENTER YOUR DETAILS INTO THIS WEBSITE”
