“I have found it impossible to speak to anyone on the phone re purchasing a caravan on a specific site. I just keep getting re-directed back to the website. Very frustrating!”

“Why ask for a maximum budget and then show vans way over. I know upselling is business but don’t ask for budgets if your not going to use them. Why not be customer oriented and cater for their requests.”
