“Very efficient in their business , contacting me when necessary no messing about...When the claim was settled I was told that I would receive it in November which they were true to their word previous cases with other firms you were looking at months before you received your settlement. “A good professional firm, where they give advice and guidance keeping you on the right track. Only down side is that I was with the company for approximately 18 months to have my issue resolved and I was passed through 3 by different solicitors who handled my case, although all were professional there was a feeling of lack of continuity and ownership. But apart from that all good.”
