“I chose MTB and Enda Lavery to deal with divorce proceedings on the recommendation of a friend . And despite this becoming a very protracted process through no fault of MTB, I found Enda very patient and helpful. I wanted matters to be settled as amicably as possible and he worked with me to achieve this goal. I have also heard of some horror stories about the costs of protracted divorce proceedings and despite the delays, I found the fees very reasonable.”

“I had been separated for 2 years and thinking of a divorce. It wasnt until I met my friend Tara Taylor, who works for McCartan Turkington and Breen and chatted to her about a divorce that she recommended her firm and Solicitor, Enda Lavery. From the first consultation, he explained everything with ease...and drawings. I was kept updated on the process and Enda attended court with me for my Decree Nisi. Would highly recommend Enda Lavery and this firm to assist anybody with a divorce, Matrimonial matters. Thank you Enda and Tara. This firm is also assisting me with conveyancing (Mark McKenna) for the sale of my house and purchase of a house and change of deed. I am very pleased with the updates from my solicitor and hopefully the sale and purchase will be completed soon.”

“I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Marie-Anne McVeigh from McCartan Turkington Breen, and I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and dedication. From beginning to end, Marie-Anne was absolutely brilliant, navigating through some very challenging moments of the conveyancing process with ease and expertise. She was incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions or provide updates, which made a world of difference during the stressful times. Her organisational skills are excellent, ensuring that everything proceeded smoothly and on time. Marie-Anne was firm when necessary, clear in her explanations, and always laid out the next steps in a way that was easy to understand.
