“The desktop was delivered but was wrong. They quickly addressed it and 2 weeks later a replacement arrived. So well done on fixing the issue so quickly and without a fuss. They aren’t cheap and so it’s good to see the customer service is good.”

“Ordered a customised sit stand desk and couldn't be more happy with how it turned out. The whole process from designing the desk to ordering and delivery was top notch. The sales rep was also a great help as I deliberated over the desk design. I can't recommend Made in Ply enough and will definitely be shopping with them again.”

“The white desktop looks very nice in a small and awkward space. It was very good having the extra length without having to have a very deep desk surface. I might think about another item in the future.”

“Excellent service all around! From the moment I placed the order, someone sent me the sketches, answered any questions and got on with the building. I expected a 4 to 5-week turnaround but it was with me in just 1 week. The delivery driver also assembled the desk for me and was extremely polite and did an amazing job. Not only did he build it but helped me position it and make sure the feet were adjusted level.”

“Easy to do business with. Good, solid furniture with multiple options and a helfpul team. After sales service was also great - one door arrived with minor damage and was replaced very quickly, with no hassle. I have already used Made in Ply again and would highly recommend.”
