“The ring is lovely, and my spouse adores it. The website was simple to use and ideal for tailoring to your specific requirements. I was dubious at first buying online, but after a few days of looking around and doing my homework, I discovered Lorel Diamonds to be the best option. I contacted to get an estimate of potential delivery times and I was informed approximately 3 weeks but I was planning a trip within 10 days and I wanted to take the ring with me. The customer care team took my number and called back within 15 minutes to inform me that they could complete and deliver the ring before my trip. As promised the ring arrived on time and it was stunning. Very grateful indeed.”

“Nicky and the team have been outstanding from the beginning until the end. I had very limited knowledge of engagement rings and very little idea as to what ring or size I should get. Everything was explained to me clearly and I felt like I was making an informed purchase. The ring arrived on time and was stunning - my partner had no choice but to say yes. Without anything to go by, the recommended ring size by the team was so close to a perfect fit (just a tiny bit too big). This was no issue - sent the item back and had it resized quickly and free of charge. We had no hesitation in ordering our wedding rings from them also and received the same high-quality service.
