“What a great company, product and customer service. I ordered 2 Lockaboxes in May 2025 from Amazon. One was damaged from the delivery (and I didn’t realize it until after the return window had expired). I tried fixing it but to no avail. I then contacted Lockabox customer service via e-email and explained the situation. Within one day, Rory e-mailed me back and was so kind and helpful. I sent pictures and within 2 days I had a brand new one! I’m so happy with the boxes as well. I really liked the kind of lock it had and the size of the box. It is so simple to use as well. I needed them for the many medications I have on hand and didn’t want them ever getting in the wrong hands of my teenagers or their friends. It is secure, compact and so durable. Terrific product!”

“Love the box, but 3 boxes later, I’m done. You need to come up with a better way to allow customers to access the box when they forget the code. My parents being elderly tend to forget a lot of things, including where they write down the code. I’ve had to break into 3 boxes, and at the price you charge, I’m out of over $100. I’m not happy to say the least. Time to find a different product.”

Hello I'm sorry to hear that you're not completely satisfied with your purchases. However, as the Lockabox is a secure product, any ‘quick fix’ would make it less effective, so unfortunately the only way to find the code if you don't know it would be to cycle through all combinations. I appreciate that this may seem daunting but it takes roughly 15 minutes (often less) and alleviates the need to break into the box and damage it. We advise customers (or relatives) to make a note of their code when they set it and store it somewhere safe (like on their phone) in case they forget their code. “This Lockabox is great! I actually purchase 2 different boxes and this is by far, my favorite and the most secure user friendly of the two. When I was setting the combo I did something wrong and locked myself out. So, I contacted the company and they responded to me so quickly, the same day with directions on how to get the locked box open. It was easy and seamless and I have it all reset now. The gentlemen that helped me was pleasant and gave me understandable directions. Not that someone can easily reset it as it takes a while, but the good news is that it can be done if you forget your comforter later!”

I'm sorry you haven't received your items but I've had a look on our system and can see that your boxes are showing as delivered on 31/07/25 at 16:09 with CTT PT. They may have been left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
