“Our box jammed locked and I contacted lockabox and within a few days a replacement box arrived .What a brilliant after service from such friendly staff .Rhere all a credit to there company and I would recommend anyone to use these .”

“When our son was visiting us he ordered 2 Lockboxes for us. One arrived when he was still here - he set it up we've got it in our refrigerator. It's great! The second one came after he left and I tried to set the code for it, but I was having a lot of difficulty with it. I called a telephone number I found and Alex walked me through the process. I still had trouble , but he was VERY patient with me and now that box is in the pantry. I'm very happy with both boxes - AND the great customer service! Martha”

“Lovely idea and concept for keeping the kids out of the snacks. The box is itself fab, I love it I’d see through so I can keep an eye on what’s there at a glance, and the holes to allow air and to stop it getting mouldy are great. However, my 9 year old cracked the code in one evening when I wasn’t looking. My 11 year old did the next day. Three numbers isn’t enough to stop teenagers! Please oh please can you make one with a properly unpickable lock and key!?”

“The box was smaller than expected due to the marketing photos with the box in the forefront of the images. The box is long with a small opening on the front so it would be difficult to get things from the rear of it, without emptying the contents. I'm not sure why they haven't thought of one with a opening on the top or long side so that items are more easily accessible. Small with a poor design for my needs unfortunately. May return it”

“I found this product by doing an internet search for lockable medicine boxes. I am impressed with the capacity as I didn't think all our family meds would fit in it, but with a little creative Tetris packing, it's all in. Combination lock was easy to change. I'm not sure how sturdy the lock would be if a determined teenager were to attempt to break it, but while they are under close supervision it is perfect for the job. Would be great if you did taller ones for bottles of alcohol 😐”

“Purchased to lock away blister packs for elderly dementia couple. Only just wide enough but a tight squeeze. It took a good ten minutes and a lot of frustrating manipulation to get the shelf in. Not a great design. Can only store 3 blister packs on each section so not great for our needs”
