“We bought an ornamental water feature from Lincs Aquatic about a year or so ago. Nice product, looks lovely in our garden. I had some trouble setting it up and Arran of Lincs Aquatics online support helped me to sort it out. One year on the pump suddenly stopped working. Arran helped me to work out what the problem was and then organised an exchange of the transformer with no fuss or bother. The water feature is again looking lovely in our garden.”

“Brilliant service and troublefree delivery! Bags of sand were encased in a tough outer bag so they didn't get damaged in transit unlike most other sellers where you end up receiving split/damaged bags. Left a note saying to leave at the back door and the driver even rang me to tell me he'd delivered.”
