I have taken a look into your order and I can see that we have clearly lacked in communicating with you for which I apologise. It appears that we had a stocking issue on the website that caused the part in question that you order to be listed as available when it was not. It does appear internal notes were added to your order but no one made yourself aware of this as soon as it was noticed. We did order the part from our supplier but it is taking longer than hoped to arrive with us. Please do contact us in the future if you require anything else.
