“I ordered on fish food on Tuesday morning the order was not dispatched until Friday according to email, i was handed on Sunday by a random person not even wrapped and order not complete he said o rest will be in the post shortly! They have lost my custom!!!”

Unfortunately, there was a picking error on your order, which meant that one of your items was missed off, for which we do apologise. Our logistics team dispatched you the missing items on a 24/48 hour courier yesterday. Your postcode does come under our own delivery vehicle area, which we cover on a Sunday. This is stated to you on check out with the opportunity to upgrade to a next working day delivery for £7.99. As this is delivered on our own vehicle, we do not package them in cardboard boxes as we aim to be more eco friendly by reducing our packaging that would be going to landfill. We are sorry that you feel this way. We hope this response helps you understand what has happened.
