“I assumed the replacement water pump we received was faulty and I sent an email iro of this. I had a reply on the Monday morning, then I phoned and was put through to Arron who was extremely helpful. Arron asked me to provide full details of our water feature and how many LED lights were in it. He then asked me to give details of our transformer and he calculated that it probably wasn’t powerful enough. He asked me to send photos so that he could advise me properly. He was right but couldn’t order the transformer for me, I therefore took a photo of what I thought would be the correct transformer, emailed Aaron again who promptly replied and confirmed that it was! Brilliant, personal service”

“Terrible service used this company for years but not again after this, waited 3 weeks for a delivery of aquatic soil to find that half the order was spread across my front drive on my return from work, it’s now been another 3 weeks of dealing with a member of there staff about a replacement and still nothing, and this is alter I’ve made numerous calls and sent photo evidence Sri them but still I’m getting ignored. Brilliant customer service”
