“When I placed my order the estimated delivery time was 3 to 5 days but they didn't actually have the item I ordered in stock (an aquarium stand). It was then promised the item would be in the next week. It wasn't. I eventually got the item 3 weeks later although I did get it was shipped next day delivery when it was in stock. It did muck up my plans for moving my tanks and I don't think you should sell on a promise when you don't have stock. Can't give more than 3 stars”
