“ordered waterfall ,figurine was missing sent email ,figurine came next day ,when opened waterfall to put up it was broken ,emailed again, also had telephone conversation ,that waterfall was no longer available ,rang again to see if I could have a different waterfall ,had to put it in an email which I did ,rang again but my email had not been read so now it's easter time so will have to wait till Easter is over so a little annoyed as I'm still waiting”

“Excellent business. Have ordered from Lincs Aquatics before and was very happy. This time they actually price matched a product for me, which then arrived quickly. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault on part of the product. Gave them a call to report fault. Arran Williams in technical then proceeded to source and test a replacement part, which was promptly sent out to me with a pre paid return label for the faulty part. He then followed up with emails to ensure I was happy with the replacement. Honestly, perfect customer service, that man deserves a pay rise lol I would happily recommend Lincs Aquatics and will definitely use them again myself.”
