“I never thought I'd get my money back. After months of dead ends, I had lost hope of ever recovering the $86,000 I put into plutus' legacy. But now, I'm here to tell you that it is possible. “I had my first tattoo laser removal session done today by Scott. I urge any women not to go here!! He was very unprofessional, being an older man and myself a much younger women , he commented on my legs and looks. This made me feel very uneasy and he was also bad mouthing his other clients to me and another tattoo removal business.”

Dear “Anonymous” We have had nothing but positive feedback about our business since we started in the summer of 2021, and on Friday, we suddenly got three awful reviews. One here, and two on Google. Coincidence?…maybe…maybe not? The fact that you are “anonymous” makes it extremely hard for us to address your issues, but even more so given the fact that all of your claims are completely unfounded. In addition to that, your description of who you are does not match the profile of ANY client we had in the clinic on 14 June. Part of your claim is very serious indeed, and we would suggest that if you believe this to be true you should not be leaving public reviews, but instead should contact the Police. In fact, we would positively encourage it, just as we will be doing given the seriousness of the allegations against us. We value our reputation and the trust our clients place in us and do everything we can to foster a safe, professional environment at all times. Anyone reading your review should be under no illusion that this is nothing more than a vindictive post from someone who thinks it’s ok to try and ruin an individual’s reputation, as well as a business reputation, all because they think it’s acceptable to cancel an appointment 2 hours before the appointment time - a business that has staff who have families that depend on that business.
