“Bought my second pair of Hur wide iron straighteners loved my first pair so much! Second pair the plate came away from the plastic within the first month. Emailed Hur with order number etc and they emailed a week later asking for the order number again that was one week ago and haven’t heard anything since. I am now three weeks without my straighteners. Unfortunately the products are good but customer service has a lot to be desired.”

“I was charged €39 customs fee for delivery to ireland. Do not buy from this UK retailer. This is an outrageous cost to pay on top of cost of product and shipping. The retailer should have clearly outlined this when selling. I would not have purchased otherwise.”

Thanks for your feedback. We do state online that deliveries made outside of the UK may be subject to local import taxes. Where this applies, it is your responsibility to pay any necessary charges to your local authority to release the goods.
