from initial booking to entering the cottage Mustard Pot service was excellent with notifications well in advance of early entry though i hadnt noticed email notification. a friendly phone call 24 hours prior to travelling probably as i hadnt acknowledged email was a lovely gesture rather than just an AI generated nod.
