Great service, booking was efficient and easy, by phone when i wanted to ask some questions, and then the online booking .
On the journey to the lakes Adam called to make us aware of power cuts in the area after storm Amy which meant we could be informed, though power was on when we arrived at 4pm. Many thanks.

The service and the communication from Herdwick was very good. I would liked to see. More clear instructions on finding the pod as we reached a little late in the night. As the area has no street lights (acceptable) detailed instructions would’ve helped.
