Didn’t work for us but I’m sure it will for others as it’s such a unique journey for everyone - the pyjamas are lovely and my 3 year old was happy to wear them, but unfortunately the creams that were recommended made her eczema worse.

The idea is great and it helps my sons eczema but the material quality is appaling. I bought one vest and trousers last week and trousers have already got a hole in. They havent even been through the wash yet

But in between doesn’t seem to of helped much with my daughters skin but then we don’t exactly know what is the matter with her skin 100% she’s still constantly itchy even with the leggings on

We've now been using these for a few weeks and I'm not sure if it's helping the eczema exactly but what we have noticed is a massive improvement in keeping his eczema areas clean. Even 100% cotton still seem to deposit fibres that then have to be plucked out or cleaned with lots of tears and screams. These have been a game changer in that area. The leggings could do with a stronger elastic as they are quite a loose fit and as they are worn under other clothing can be pulled down rather easily.

I’ve been letting my little one wear the sleep-suit 24/7 as recommended for having severe eczema, had her cleansed from paraffin creams as directed; however, her skin still didn’t improve.

It had been working but unsure why I am not seeing much results.

I love the long sleeve body suits however I’ve spent a lot of money on the sleep suits and the mitts are so short my little one can get the fingers out! Very dissapointing.

Lightweight fabric that keeps my son cool during the hot weather. Only downside is that after 1-2 months wear the clothes started to rip

My twin boys have very bad eczema, and it feels like we tried it all … so I wanted to see if Pjs make any difference.. unfortunately no .. they lovely pjs , soft and both my boys love them , but they scratch in them as much as they scratched without them ..

My son has had these on for over 2 weeks, he is still getting occassional flare ups and the ezcema is still there but the leggings are a great alternative to using emoilient creams that just block his skin up. I think they are a much healthier option to protect the skin and still let it breath. The leggings are quite worn already, they've stretched a lot in the wash and one has a hole in the knee. I am going to buy more because I am thin on options. If you buy the emoilient cream from them it says a kid bellow 3 can't use it on the bottle but the happy skin team reassured me that studieas in the US have proven it be OK for smaller kids. They aren't very understanding of life with a toddler for working parents, but they have given me some good advice in regards to the thick parafin/ emoilient creams. I am still using the steroid cream, the leggings do not stop the need for that. I tried to stop using it for about ten days but his ezcema flared again. So, I'd say a good alternative to parafin/ barrier cream, but be warey of stopping using the steroid cream. It feels like the skin experts aren't actually skin experts, they are friendly sales people who want you to buy the product, so take what they say with a pinch of salt and definitely if you have the money it's worth trying out the clothing to help protect little ones skin. I do wonder if a pure cotton/ linen may work as well, but I am going to buy more leggings from these guys because they are helping to sooth the pain and the flare up.

Sadly this did not work for us. The requirement to switch to a paraffin-free emollient was disastrous for our toddler's skin. Although we used a HappySkin recommended cream, it caused a massive eczema flare up. It was very expensive and we couldn't risk spending more money on trying out other paraffin-free creams- we were already tearing our hair out with the current flare up. We had followed the HappySkin advice to the letter RE waiting 5 days to ensure the parrafin was out of her skin, but unfortunately, the garment just didn't make any difference. As soon as we went back to her original, paraffin based ointment, her eczema calmed down again. The material of the HappySkin itself is lovely, soft, and soothing. One downside to the sleepsuits that we bought is that they have poppers, so our daughter can reach down and scratch her thighs through the gaps. We usually use zipper only fasteners, which stops her reaching any skin at all. We will continue to use the sleepsuits that we bought, simply because they do feel nice and soothing. It's great that this product has clearly worked for many parents/babies, but sadly, not for us.

I had a lot of hopes for this product i was on the waiting list for it to come back into stock. unfortunately, it has not been very effective for my little one. I gave three stars because I am not in the business of slating a product. I understand that everybody’s skin is different and products work different. The leggings actually got a hole in them too just after the second wash. I was really upset at £15 each, I wouldn't mind if they didn't work miracles on my little one but to have a hole already. Hope it works for others.

Good stuff and less so good. Think the built in scratch mitts are great as difficult to obtain after 6 months. However, not sure the dream skin technology makes that much difference and finding products are out of stock for such a long time.

Jury is out on this product - the sleep suit I bought (18 - 24 months) is much too big for my little one (he's 21 months but on the slightly smaller side). I did put him in it for three nights without much noticable difference to his skin yet, might try again with a smaller size. Jury is out!

Works well but poorly made. I was excited to try these and bought a starter pack for my 5 month old. Within two days of 24/7 use his skin was markedly better, however the leggings have started to come apart at the seams. Considering the price of the products I am not impressed. I contacted customer services and they told me to sew it back together. I'm thoroughly disappointed especially since I'd seen reviews saying similar and took a costly gamble.

Baby’s skin is still flaring but lovely soft garments at least.

Definitely breathable and comfortable but unfortunately it hasn’t stopped the night itching, I’m just happy it has mittens so she’s not scratching herself too hard. I wish I could have wrote a glowing review like the other parents!

Not seeing any improvement

Seems to work okay for reducing irritation of my childs skin but the clothes don't have much durability. After a few washes they easily get holes in them, and they aren't cheap.
