Don’t know if it’s because my child’s skin is too itchy but it done nothing for my child. Wouldn’t recommend to others. Expected some sort of relief from wearing them but nothing.

If I could put 0 star I would. I have been ordering from happy skin for almost a year now, the cream is the only cream that works for my son. I paid 100£ for 4 creams for my son’s exzema. I only received 1 in the post - the package was not tampered with there was just 1 cream inside and happy skin will not refund me or send the other 3 which i am owed. I have called for 3 days straight asking for an update abs all they keep saying is there records fit with DPD so nothing can be done. DISGUSTING customer service, honestly never found people so unhelpful. £100 is a lot of Money which I have spent and again I spend it almost monthly and all they can do is basically tell me there services aren’t incorrect as it all matches to what DPD said. When is clearly hasnt.

I was really excited to have their intelligent garments. I have bought 3 packs for my Little one. Clothes only worked once but then it stopped after first wash ( and they said it worked till 40 washes ) . Please note washing done as per guidelines- Non bio detergent and even hand washed them. Also no paraffins no oil applied. After spending £100 my Daughter still itchy :( I was having high expections from product but totally disaapointed. She still keeps them On 24/7 in hope it will work but no benefit :( (as I have told her these are magical cloth it will help you)

We were innitially happy with the clothing and the affect on our babys skin it had. After purchasing 2 sets of vests and leggings. Two months later i contacted customer service, sending pictures and asking what we can do about the holes all around the leg seam. I was told it is a normal wear and tear- in 2 pairs of leggings used as a pyjamas only for two months- a bit expensive fun. We won’t be buying anymore or recommending.

The quality of fabric is poor. The seaming comes undone. We were sold a faulty product. The stitching came undone within 4 days of using the product. I complained to their HQ but despite claiming that they will compensate us while speaking to us on the phone (Dishan was the individuals name) they have failed to even acknowledge any of our follow up communication and have simply ignored our requests for compensation.

My son is 5 months old and has severe eczema on the majority of his body. The Drs prescribed steroid cream which helped to get his skin to a manageable state. Whilst waiting to see a dermatologist we thought we would try happy skin to see if it helps improve his condition. Unfortunately this is not something that worked for my son…in fact it made his skin a lot worse and almost took us all the way back to square 1. We gave it a good go and persevered for 5 days but he was the most miserable we have ever seen him. The skin was dry and flakey and the redness had not reduced either. He was in so much discomfort we had to stop using happy skin and use the steroid cream again to get his condition back to manageable. I really wish this did work for us as it seems to work for a lot of children. Perhaps it is not something that is compatible with Afro-Caribbean skin? As I noticed all the children in the adverts are white and as are the parents in the video reviews.

Yes the material is breathable however the quality is not great! I bought two of these sleepsuits and within less than three weeks wear, they have holes in them. Considering the high price point they are definitely not durable. Regarding the itching, I don’t think it’s helped that much.

Wrong product was sent. Refused the return and after 2 weeks of emails exchanged they just stopped answering. After some research i found out a lot more other mothers had same issue and found themselves in the same situations. Overall bad experience with the company

The ‘skin expert’ told me to buy the cream on their website for my two year old which I did, two tubes, £50. And on the back of the tube it says: ‘not to be used in children under 3 years old’.

Definitely not for 3-4 years old. Gloves are way too big for my 3 year old. 10£ wasted.

Bought an entire set of pyjama tops and trousers, (multiple pieces as I am based in UAE) for my daughter who has mild eczema but gets very itchy. The clothes did make her feel more comfortable initially but she had them on last night and she was up at 5.15am scratching fervently and I have noticed her doing that in between during the first month of use too. In addition, they are designed to last for several washes supposedly but I bought them in February and less than 3 months later almost all of the trousers have holes in them of different sizes some very big ones and others smaller. The cream is better, its not greasy and I’ve used it personally for itching and it did provide relief to me but for my daughters skin, it works most of the time but sometimes no matter how much I apply and top up she still feels very itchy. Mostly I am just extremely disappointed with the terrible quality of the fabric, it needs to be gentle but also durable for more than 2 months!!! Mostly I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service. My initial email went ignored for several days and when I sent a follow up they asked me to send the photo again which I did and after some days got a reply saying their lab checked it and blaming us saying most likely it was caught on something- this is absolutely ridiculous because my daughter sleeps in my bed and wears them at night and the first photo I sent in shows the hole on the inner thigh area- how they suggested she would catch it on something is incredulous. They offered to take the items back for examination in their lab but given that I am based in the UAE I asked them about shipping and told them I didnt see the point in sending it back if they had already made up their minds and given me an initial disclaimer that they thought it had been due to negligent use. I then sent them photos of other trousers with smaller holes and asked their opinion on that and told them I will just go ahead and leave honest feedback so that other consumers can be aware of the quality issues. Given that they are being sold at such a high price point, these items should last more than a handful of washes and certainly beyond 2 months of REGULAR NIGHTLY WEAR. Customer service have not replied to my last email to them several days ago so I decided as they are not interested in actually genuinely helping customers that others have a right to know that when the fabric starts to fall apart, Happy Skin will happily blame the consumer.

We bought the gloves and PJs. We had a call with one of there skin consultants and followed there guidance but my childs skin has not improved.

Really disappointed with the sleepsuits. I have bought a few items from happy skin and the vests and leggings have been great for my baby. But the sleepsuit is not true to size at all, it is far too big so at night he just wriggles his arms out and because the legs are loose he can get them into the same leg so he can itch. I thought it might have just been a one off but after another interrupted night of having to go and change him I have decided to not use the sleepsuits. The fabric also feels completely different to the fabric used to make the other items. I like the happy skin brand but very disappointed with this product.

I'm very disappointed. Not only it did not work, my child had the worst nights in a long time because her skin got so itchy during the night while wearing the leggings. We're really unhappy and wish I could send them back for a refund.

Clothing made no difference to my babies extreme eczema. It flared up worse than when using prescribed ointments from the gp.

The product exacerbated my child's symptoms. She was trying to scratch herself way more when wearing these. She never had that issue before. I followed advice on web, even bought a cream they recommended (instead of using standard paraffin products). This completely irritated child's skin.. then customer service online said 'maybe your child has an oat allergy'. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional to through statements like that out. My child has been tested for allergies and has none. They insist on having a call with their dermatologists before offering any kind of refund... I ordered 3 bodysuits and 1 pair of trousers which now just sit in a cupboard, would not dare to pass on to anyone either. Delivery was OK, and buying them also OK. But definitely do not recommend the products.

Cannot get clothing to work at all. Tried to contact happy skin 3 times via booking appointment, phone and on community fb site but no response. Made my 5 month old's skin a lot worse. After sales is terrible.

I bought 2 sleepsuits for my 16month old grandson whom has excema. The sizing was wrong I ordered 12/18 months which were too big however I thought the 6/12 months would be too small. He has worn the suits but it hasn't helped his skin condition at all his skin dried out terribly and my daughter is back to Hydromol very frequently and steroid cream as and when. I'm disappointed with this product.
