“ Excellent service, as always. Customer service is quick to respond and always helpful and willing to help arrange delivery of the hampers to my elderly mother, who is hard of hearing. My mother always seems to enjoy the content of the hampers. Highly recommended. ”

My only downside is that I had to follow up on delivery as I hadn't received the Hampers by 7 days after the order. It appears that my order had got lost. Once I had alerted Hay Hampers to this they rectified the situation immediately and the Hampers arrived the next day. ”

“ A mixup with delivery, mainly omitting delivery address when ordering. The resolution was haphazard and gave rise to extra costs which were not appreciated. Will not use them again, as had similar issues with a previous order. ”

Eventually I rang Hay Hampers to enquire, and scheduled a new delivery, which was successfully completed. Hamper content is always first class. ”
