“I have used hair from here for years, and initially it was amazing! As a hair extensionist, myself I have recommended this hair to any one who would listen. However that last twice I’ve ordered for my self the colour hasn’t been right. I ordered a full head of chocolate mix and a few moths later I ordered another two packs to top up with the hair that came was totally different! Then you change everything to numbers just to confuse us even more and when my most recent delivery came the colour of the hair I got was not even on my colour chart. This resulted in an extra £150 on my price because I had to pay to have all the extensions died, not to mention not wanting to dye brand new hair!!!!”

Please let me assure you that this does not happen 😁 Unfortunately, 60 and 1001 are very close to each other, and sometimes with batch variance they can be closer than at other times. Even when people have come in to our store to have a colour match, we sometimes make sure they compare them in good daylight, where the difference is more clear.
We do apologise that the 1001 isn't perhaps what you was expecting and as always, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges.
