“I asked Green Retreats to build me a garden room I could use as a gym and this is exactly what they did! I visited the showroom and looked at all the options, and choosing the right building was made a lot easier by being able to physically walk around, and into, all the different size and style buildings that GR offer. With the help of my dedicated personal care administrator I was taken through the process of ordering, fixing construction dates and at every step of the way, any questions I had were answered promptly. I live a considerable way away from the GR company but this did not seem to be a problem and once we had prepared the site in our garden, following GRs very detailed plan, a date was fixed for the work to be carried out. Firstly the base team of 2 arrived and then the following week the construction team of 4 drove down and spent 2 days erecting the building, followed by 2 electricians and a man to put up the blinds! The whole process was done professionally and I was so impressed by how friendly and efficient all the GR staff were. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and I do so without reservation. I now have a perfect gym. Thank you one and all at GR.”

“A great experience from start to finish. I visited the showroom and was so impressed with the range. Everyone I dealt with - showroom team, site surveyor, base team, build team and electric team were professional, thoughtful, tidy and great attention to detail. Any query I had, Rebecca (my point of contact) replied so quickly. I looked into a few other options for my garden studio and I am so pleased I chose Green Retreats. My family joke that it's my 'shed' but it is anything but - excellent construction and beautiful inside and out. Thank you Green Retreats!”

“Great product with great installation. We had a fully plastered, decorated, electrically connected, cedar clad building installed. All as per the specification and all the installation was at the agreed dates and times. No issues at all and we are very happy with the process from Start to finish We had to get planning due to our location and GR supplied all information I requested for the council's planning officer - again no issues.”

“Our garden room experience went very smoothly from start to finish. Would recommend going to the show room first as this gives you a good feel for what you are getting. The whole process from beginning to end took 4 1/2 months. The staff were extremely helpful.”

“At every stage of of my Green Retreats experience, from the initial browsing of the website to the finished garden room, I have been delighted. All the staff I have dealt with have been helpful and more than pleasant to deal with and their knowledge and efficiency has been unquestionable. I have no hesitation in recommending Green Retreats to anyone thinking of adding a garden room and, in fact, have already done so - I love my studio.”

“We made a visit to the showroom in Mid June 2018. As we were travelling, we arrived quite early, before opening time. We were invited in before opening time and given fresh coffee, so off to a favourable start. We were then shown the buildings on display and were given ample opportunity to ask questions and to discuss our requirements. We had a good idea of what we wanted and at no point was there any pressure applied to add optional extras, unless we specified that we wanted them. More brownie points earnt there. We decided there and then on a 6m x 4m inspiration room and paid our modest deposit. The site survey happened a week later and we had an install date for early September. Being school workers, we explained that August was better for us and were promised that if a cancellation or delay in another project arose, we would be offered an earlier date. True to form, that did happen and we were all set for mid August. After a scorching few weeks the base day arrived. The heavens opened and it poured down all day. At no point did the four guys on the base job complain, instead they just got on with the job. The following week, the install was scheduled for three days from the Wednesday on. The guys arrived bright and early and really put in a long shift on day one. We were fully involved in decision making and the guys did a faultless build. It is clear they take pride in their work and the attention to detail is admirable. Following the build, the two man electrician team arrived and efficiently went about the job in hand, all without issue. Then the blinds were fitted a couple of days later, again with no fuss and yet again by a friendly guy. Throughout, nothing has been too much trouble. All are a real credit to the company. And finally a BIG thank you to Rebecca, our customer advisor, throughout the process. Always quick to answer my many questions, no matter how trivial, and always keeping us up to date on developments both via phone calls and emails. It was a pleasure from start to end, so a big thanks to all at garden retreats. Service to this level is an art form, and the company should rightly be proud of the teams and all they do. We are delighted, so once again, our thanks to all. Ian & Jenny”

“I've wanted a workshop for so long, and went through a year-long indecision as to whether I'd (attempt to) build one or buy one. When I saw the quality of Green Retreats' outdoor buildings, it became an easy decision. Green Retreats were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. When it came time to build the workshop, they were in and out in a very short amount of time, and they did a fantastic job. Upon completion, one of the builders confessed to me that he had made a mistake: a tiny dent in the corner of the roof. It was something I wouldn't have noticed or cared about, but he did. He apologised and said he would be back to correct the issue. It was this kind of care and attention to detail that assured me that my trust was in the right hands. Would absolutely recommend.”

Brilliant, professional, courteous, explained everything fully and worked according to their schedule. The finished product is beautiful. “We could not be happier with our Green Retreats experience. It was an exceptional and professional service from start to finish — the sort of service you always hope for, but rarely receive — and we are so pleased with the delivery and quality of the final build. We visited the showroom back in December. The range of products and options on show really helps you pinpoint what you want/need. We put down a deposit and left comforted in the knowledge that should we decide not to proceed, it would be returned in full. The ease of the online builder also helped us firm our design plans. The property was surveyed and we booked an initial date. Numerous issues arose that meant we needed to delay build. Green Retreats could not have been more helpful. We pushed it back to a later date with no problems, and when we decided to proceed earlier than we anticipated, a date was found quickly. Every single member of the team we encountered was fantastic. From staff at the showroom, to the surveryor, project manager and builders. We have been so impressed with the professionalism — polite, friendly and above all efficient. Further, communication has been superb. Every email, every question was answered and responded to. The service has been second to none. And finally the excellent quality of the build. The freedom to plan the office as you want, including electrical points and windows, as well as adding additional things such as points of security cameras etc, really helps you build the room you want. Green Retreats are customer focussed with an excellent quality of build. We do, and will continue to, highly recommend them.”

“I am pressed with the whole company from our original visit to the showroom to the completed garden office. The chaps couldn’t have had worse weather when erecting the office. It started to bucket down an hour after they arrivedand only stopped when they were finished. However, I have to say they are a great bunch of chaps, with a first rate sense of humour (and you would need that given the atrocious weather) and worked incredibly hard. So were the chaps who installed the base the previous week. The office is everything that I had expected with great finish. Really very impressed with the whole company. Companies are made by the culture and values that pervade the entire organisation. You chaps certainly have that right.”

“I can not describe more highly the service I received from Green Retreats ,every stage was faultless from the initial visit to the showroom where we chose and designed our garden room , to the site survey where we were offered further advice and guidance through to the final installation on site. The installation teams carried out a first class install , as a qualified electrician myself I wanted to carry out the electrical installation myself , although this is unusual we worked together and at no stage did I get the feeling it was causing a problem , far from it the team was more than happy to oblige offer advice and assistance. On completion the garden room was cleaned and left in an immaculate condition , all rubbish was removed from site with the room immediately ready to use. The room looks stunning and everything that was planned in the showroom has been achieved and exceeded. I would fully recommend Garden Retreats to anyone looking to purchase a a quality product.”
