I can not describe more highly the service I received from Green Retreats ,every stage was faultless from the initial visit to the showroom where we chose and designed our garden room , to the site survey where we were offered further advice and guidance through to the final installation on site. The installation teams carried out a first class install , as a qualified electrician myself I wanted to carry out the electrical installation myself , although this is unusual we worked together and at no stage did I get the feeling it was causing a problem , far from it the team was more than happy to oblige offer advice and assistance. On completion the garden room was cleaned and left in an immaculate condition , all rubbish was removed from site with the room immediately ready to use. The room looks stunning and everything that was planned in the showroom has been achieved and exceeded. I would fully recommend Garden Retreats to anyone looking to purchase a a quality product.
