“I ordered a wrong frame for a print that I previously bought with same company: all print sizes were in inches, frame size was in cm but it wasn't clear for me. As soon as I saw in invoice size in inches I contacted customer service and realized that I made a mistake. They reacted on the next day and explained that frame size is in cm. I immediately answered to them that I want to cancel my order (nothing was shipped yet) but customer service informed me that according to their policy I can do it only in the first hour of order. Literally in my case it wasn't possible and I find this policy ridiculous, that is the first time when I see that I can't cancel a merchandise before it was shipped. I do not think that this business practice is normal, I was ready to change my order to the frame that I needed and pay any extra but they just lost me as a customer.”

Hey there, Emma here 👋 I'm really sorry but once an order has entered into production we are unable to cancel or amend it, as all of our pieces are made to order and we don't have any flexibility with our framing partners after this point. Placing an order also triggers a number of automated flows with our shipping partners, so changing or cancelling an order is not possible.

“Too many useless emails being sent. My item has not been delivered yet, even though it's been almost 2 weeks since I ordered. It is awaiting customs clearance, and I don't know if I'll have to pay import taxes. Definitely my first and last purchase at this store.”

“Really beautiful selection of prints. The paper quality is very nice, the images are bright and high resolution. Shipping was fast. My one piece of constructive criticism would be to ship the prints flat vs rolled. I had to cover them with heavy books and leave them for a week or so to get the curve out of the paper.”

“Really beautiful canvas prints with solid wooden frames, I'm super happy with these! Well packed and fast delivery also. However unfortunately the framed prints I ordered weren't really what I was expecting, as the frames are made from MDF which looks quite cheap and flimsy, and the 'glass' is plastic so they just don't have the premium feel I was expecting for the premium price tag. Next time, I would either order more canvas pieces or just the prints on their own, and get them framed at a framers or purchase better quality frames separately.”

We use a plexiglass to minimise damage in transit, whilst glass often smashes. As per our returns policy, you are welcome to return the framed prints for a full refund. Thanks GoodMood
