“We had been searching for a piece of art to hang in our hallway for months. I was thrilled when we discovered GoodMood. There were so many interesting and unique prints that it suddenly became challenging to decide on what to purchase. Ultimately, we love our new art print. The quality is great, and more importantly, it's exactly the vibe we were looking for to finish the space.”

“I know one of the prints I bought is ultimately a collage but I find both prints lack definition or have what looks like it's been scaled up too much/faded colors. Specifically that collage one which is odd since it's a 30x30cm. Speaking from previous experience, I had better results ordering from your competitors.”

Hi Adrien, Firstly - thanks very much for your order. We're sorry to hear you haven't found the print resolution satisfactory. We do print to the highest standard, using industry leading giclee printers and archival grade paper. We sell a number of different styles of artworks, which will have varying resolution and clarity and artists often add different effects as well. As you say, one of your items is a print of an original collage, which is made from magasine/newspaper cuttings, so unfortunately this print does have a bit of a 'grainy' finish to it. “Updated review to three stars: customer replied quickly and refunded the frames.l. Thank you for the speedy service. Very low quality product and terrible customer service. I paid for premium frames and I got frames that were barely painted white, not all sides painted, corners don’t meet, the backing is terrible. If I had known the frames were so bad I would have just ordered the print. Still waiting to see if they reply to my email.”

Hi there We're really sorry to hear you aren't happy with the print resolution. All of our prints are printed to the highest standard using a giclee print process and museum quality paper. “I’m so pleased with this! My daughter asked for the print as a birthday gift, I ordered print-only because I feared that a transatlantic postal journey would result in damage. “Print is gorgeous. Service was quick. I had an issue with the frame but it was resolved easily to my satisfaction. I would definitely buy prints from GoodMood again but probably buy the frame separately as I prefer glass to UV Perspex”
