“I love my glowstone mug. The color is awesome, and once you figure out when to and when no to put the mug back on the pad, you are going to get hot wonderful coffee (or tea) for one hour. The only thing that would make it perfect is to have the heat last longer.”
“Very high quality bone china mugs which perform exactly as described to keep drinks hot. Obviously very expensive but that reflects the current market for similar items. One small improvement I would recommend is that the mug heating element be activated as soon as the mug is filled with hot beverage, rather than waiting until it cools as currently designed. This change would make it even more effective in maintaining the temperature, since it obviously takes some time for the heating element in the base to heat the entire contents.”
“Beautifully packaged and well presented mug and a nice, simple method of charging. However, even when fully charged, the mug doesn't seem to maintain the temperature of the drink for very long. It does work, but just not as effectively as the Ember mug I also have, which was the same price. For what you get, this is quite an expensive purchase.”
“I was originally a Kickstarter backer and the wait has been worth it, combing the camera mount with a magnetic base (bought elsewhere) gives me a task light I can put almost anywhere in any environment. It has completely lived up to my expectations.
It's plenty bright enough, the coverage broad, and long battery life. Customer service has also been excellent, dealing with real people at the company and not the impersonal support from larger companies. I've bought a second light.”
